On May 8, 2010, I returned to the vet’s office with a stool sample to follow up on Bruno’s coccidiosis. The results came back negative so another round of antibiotics would not be necessary. The antibiotic Ponazuril had done its job and I felt that Bruno’s bout with diarrhea was over.
I now hoped that the bout with Coccidiosis was the cause of any and all abdominal or digestion issues and/or discomfort. Bruno was giving no obvious indications one way or the other so I would have to wait for time to tell.
